Payment Information
- Minimum rental period is 1 year
- In case of rent for 1 to 12 months, the rental price is 30% higher
- bail /security money – 2 months rent payable upon signing the lease
- Payment of rent and services by the 25th day of the previous month
- Payment possible in cash or by bank transfer
- Final cleaning 2000 CZK
